Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service page and enter your Confirmation Number to see the status of your order.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How do I qualify for the FREE shipping option?
A: Orders of $75 or more can qualify for the free shipping option when shipped to a U.S. address. Free shipping applies when you select the Standard shipping option during Checkout. Shipping charges apply when you choose another shipping option, such as Priority or Express. The shipping method is at our discretion, but will usually be by USPS Parcel Post. Tracking information may or may not be applied with the free shipping option.
Q: How soon will my order be shipped?
A: After we receive your order, we usually ship within one or two business days. We use United States Postal Service for shipping. At checkout you have three shipping options:
Standard: Your package should arrive in 3-9 days. If your package weighs less than 14 ounces it will be shipped First Class. Larger and heavier packages will be shipped Parcel Post.
Priority: Your package should arrive in 2-3 days. Your package will be shipped by Priority Mail.
Express: Your package should arrive the next business day. If you order after 5 pm, your package will ship the next day. Shipping will be done by Express Mail.
Q: I never received my package. What happens now?
A: Shipping dates are approximate. Bible Cover Store does not guarantee the time of delivery for any package. All shipments are guaranteed through USPS and in accordance with their terms and conditions. All shipments made with USPS use USPS Tracking to determine the delivery of packages shipped from Bible Cover Store. Insurance is automatically added on all orders of $100 or more. If conditions arise which prevent compliance of delivery schedules, Bible Cover Store shall not be liable for any damage or penalty for delay in delivery or the failure to give notice of the delay, and such delay shall not constitute grounds for cancellation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Bible Cover Store shall not be liable for delay by reason of inability, due to causes beyond its reasonable control, or for delay due to the elements, acts of God, acts of the Purchaser, acts of nonperformance of suppliers, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, riot, strikes, delays in transportation, or any other causes beyond the control of Bible Cover Store whether or not similar to the foregoing. In such event, delivery dates shall be deemed extended for a period equal to such delay. International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes applied to an order by the host country and these charges must be paid by the customer at the time of the delivery.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and personal checks or money orders.
Q: If I order online is my information secure?
A: Yes, our shopping cart uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the strongest commercially available level of encryption. All private data will be encrypted at all times while in transit over the Internet. You should see a solid padlock in your browser status bar when placing your order, which indicates that the encryption is taking place.
Q: Can I place my order by phone, fax or mail?
A: Yes, you can call toll-free at 888-342-1633, Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm Mountain Time. You can also place your order by fax or mail if you prefer not to use our online ordering system. Our fax number is 915-219-8803. You can also mail your order to us. Just fill out a printable order form and fax or mail it to us. Q: What happens if I order an out-of-stock item?
A: We try our best to keep all of our items in stock, but sometimes an item must be "backordered". In most cases a notice is placed in our online catalog that an item is "out of stock". Occasionally, we may not know that an item is out of stock until the order is processed. In that case, we will notify you that the item is out of stock. You can then choose to cancel your order or wait for the backordered item to arrive. You can cancel backordered items at anytime and receive a full refund.
Q: How long does an item remain in my Shopping Cart?
A: When you place an item in our online shopping cart, a temporary "cookie" is placed on your computer allowing your items to remain in the shopping cart for up to 8 hours, or until you "clear" your shopping cart. This allows you to browse other sites or even close your Internet browser. When you return to bible-cover-store.com, your items will still be available in your shopping cart. Always make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser if you wish to put items in the shopping cart and also for "checking out". For more information about cookies, read the documentation for your particular browser.
Q: How do I return an item I purchased?
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we will gladly accept your return for refund or exchange. See Store Policies for more information.
