Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for full refund, less postage, within 30 days. We are also happy to accept your return for exchange if you need a different size, color, etc.

What if my purchased item is defective?
If your merchandise arrives defective, please notify us as soon as possible, so we may ship you a replacement. We have a 60 day guarantee on all our products. Defective products that are between 31-60 days old will be replaced at no charge, but not refunded. If your item is no longer available, we will give you a complete refund. We reserve the right to inspect all damaged merchandise. Merchandise that is misused or abused is not eligible for replacement.

Bible Cover Store offers the following Returns Policy:
Only merchandise that is in new, re-saleable condition will be accepted for return. Special orders and used items are not returnable. Only the actual charges for merchandise will be refunded, not the shipping charges. We can happily make exchanges for in-stock items without any additional charges. The only exception being orders that qualified for free shipping. We will have to charge the customer for shipping in this instance. We will always ask your permission before charging your credit card before shipping. For PayPal customers, we will do a Money Request for the shipping charges. Be aware that Bible-Cover-Store.com may ship your exchange request at a lower shipping rate than your original order. For instance, if your original order was shipped by Priority Mail, your exchange shipment may be shipped by Parcel Post Mail.

What if you shipped me the wrong item or my item was damaged?
Please email us as soon as possible so that we may ship you a replacement. If you wish to cancel your order we will refund your entire order, including shipping costs, upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

How long do I have to make a return?
The merchandise you are returning, must be received (not shipped) at our office within 30 days of your order date. The order date is included on the invoice that is emailed to you after a purchase. You must e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the product. Bible-Cover-Store.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 30 days within which return products must be received by Bible-Cover-Store.com. You must display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Bible-Cover-Store.com. Customer agrees to use only United States Postal Service (USPS) and it is recommended that you purchase insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material.
